Braised Beef Short Rib Taco - Slow Cooked & Flavor Packed

What started as just some braised short rib on top of our, once upon a time ago, Caveman taco has morphed into one of the most popular tacos. It was on the original menu, but not as a taco by itself. We kept getting requests for the short rib by itself, so after a menu revamp, we thought it was only best to add it on for our cavemen & women. And it is a taco fit for the finest caveman himself: Mr Fred Flintstone!
